I keep lengthening the time I wear these and the effects actually last through most of the next day. Don't know that they'll cure my bunions, but they really do help!

I bought these for me and my mother. The biggest drawback is when your feet are cold you can't wear a sock but that's expectable. Hard to walk in but does seem to be helping realign toes. This is a starter kit and gives more range of motion than the stiffer ones. It hurts at first but you get used to it and can always readjust. Definitely working and I will purchase again

I had purchased these after trying a cheaper version. I am so glad I made the investment in these! They take some time to get used to putting on. You do need to 'ramp up' how much time you spend wearing them. I started at 5 minutes, then 15, then 30, and now usually wear them around the house when I am reading/watching tv/etc. They are difficult to walk on, but I wasn't expecting to be able to do so. They are sturdy, and I am not afraid that they are going to snap apart. If you are on the fence about purchasing these like I was, go ahead and do it!My feet feel so much more relaxed, my bunions are better, and after a day of wearing steel toe boots and heavy socks, my feet LOVE these!

I have only used twice and am amazed at the relief. The first time was at night and the next morning I would tell a difference. I used again this afternoon. I know it will take some time to get the full effect, but I expect that relief will only get better.

I upgraded to these after trying a more simple silicone toe stretcher. I now where those in running shoes for several hours. This toe stretcher provides MUCH more stretch. I can only wear them for about 30 minutes before needing to take them off. I can stand/walk in them but they're not that comfortable to wear and generally more tolerable when sitting/laying. I do notice a change in my arch pain. It has decreased with consistent use which I really appreciate. They're definitely worth it but be mindful of how/when you plan to wear these.

The silicon will be easy to rinse off.(Wondering if they will get tacky after while)This is only day one. They were very uncomfortable at first try on. After wearing them for 15 minutes as suggested, I can tell my toes truly needed this. Gradually you can wear them longer.I stand on my feet for 7-10 hours a day. In a fast pace environment. I hope these will help my feet back pain a bit.I plan to use them when doing my pedicures as wellI did have these on my wish list for over a year. I just didn't want to pay the price. These were a bday gift from my Mom.Package was very easy to open. No scissors necessary.I still think they should be a bit cheaper, but if they truly help my feet I'll be back to give them another Star.

The first day using these was mildly painful but I got so much relief from using them it was worth it! I am now on day 4 and have been able to wear them for longer periods of time.They are definitely making a big difference and were a great investment!

I recently began having bunion pain for the first time ever in my life (38f). I did a quick self-google diagnosis. Desperate for relief, I discovered toe spreading. Was hesitant to buy yoga gems because of the higher price but pulled the trigger after seeing the instant benefits of smaller cheaper versions I bought. If you're on the fence, I recommend the brand name yoga gems! These things are truly a gem for foot pain relief! I am fully converted to wearing these daily and improving my foot health! For the past 4 months I have been standing 8 hours a day as a server in a restaurant. This past week I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and believe this strategy will keep improving my bunion pain! I have a large women's size 10, wide foot -even wider now with my bunions. Btw, I hate my ugly fat feet and the only reason I did this review is because I love the product...an unbiased, uncompensated review.

Love these things! Thought they'd be hard but they're squishy. Didn't know how much my toes needed a stretch until I got these Healing a severe leg and ankle break and these help tremendously.

So relaxing! I have periodic pain in my feet due to running and these are fabulous for foot and full body relaxation. They are well made and comfortable. I have a relatively small foot (6.5 womens) so my toes are also small and each toe separation gets the proper apartness :)

I had such a hard time getting these on. I've had bunions for 45 years and am very athletic, but I almost injured my toes trying to get them on. Since then I discovered that the spacers really are too large to fit comfortably between toes! Try FTP Health toe separators instead, which were recommended by my chiropractor.

These are easy to put on, remove, and clean. I can wear them walking barefoot, and so far after three day of wearing them for about an hour in the evenings, my foot pain (ball of foot) is reduced. Worth a try for achy feet, and the toes stretch feels good!

I have bought several bargain versions of toe spreaders but none of them compare to these. I wish I wasnt paying for the brand name to get them. But regardless these are my sore foot toe heroes. After a long day of high heels these open and relax all the tendons in my feet and I swear they stave off my bunions from developing beyond the little bumps they have been for the past 5 years.
