What can I say? The yellow chilies just taste different! This is a sweet Sriracha... Two out of three peppers spicy is a cute little fiction, 'cause this is literally just roasted pepper candy with that palm sugar. The beauty of this stuff is that the sugar just makes it taste rich. You barely even get the garlic until you burp. It's less salty than your standard Huy Fong Sriracha, too. It's just a lovely little bit of tang that makes ketchup look as dated as an Edsel (and approximately as tasty, comparatively speaking)...

OMG This tastes great! I love spicy foods. Looking for a new hot sauce, the product description intrigued me so I gave it a try. Wow is it good! Not too hot and very flavorful. Love it!

I've been keeping this product on hand for years now, it's got a great flavor- I'd say spicier but also sweeter at the same time compared to that red bottle sriracha the entire world loves. Amazing on eggs and works great as a marinade for chicken or steak! I definitely recommend trying it out, especially with the red sriracha shortage going on right now!

Ill be honest. I didnt like Sriracha sauce until I tasted Three Mountains. Now I keep a bottle as the Sriracha to represent in my hot sauce collection.

Your normal grocery-store variety, usually Huy Fong, is a fine condiment - but it lacks subtlety. It is a very American condiment. This stuff on the other hand is an absolute delight. It is full of flavor, and tang, and spice without punching you in the face with any of it. My nine year old son, who is not a spicelord, speaks very highly of this. The normal garden-variety stuff he won't touch.Try this sauce. It is wonderful.
