Results: 3rd Decade has served over 1,000 individuals in 6 states. With over 600 program alumni and growing, we have seen an average household net worth increase over the duration of the program of over $50,000.The most impactful portion of our program comes in the form of financial mentoring. Our participants say the personalized information, tools, tips, and relationships curated over the duration of the program have been invaluable to their long-term success.
