Lower back was very painful. Used this and the pain actually left. Take your time with it. (I did take a couple Motrin before i started) Ease onto the rocker, center yourself, and just relax for the first few minutes. Then, what worked for me, was very small movements side to side with hips and small pelvic tilts. Then just relaxing for a minute, and repeat. I probably was using this for ab 15-17 min total. I rolled off to the side, bent knees and slowly stood up. I swear there was no pain. I was shocked!
