Bought for a costume because I didn't want to wear cheap costume quality boots with all the walking I had to do. They're so high quality and comfortable that I hardly wear anything else now

This is the boot I've been wearing at work. The sole's tread is getting low enough to worry about so I decided to get another pair...and realized I have been wearing this one pair for 3 years. 3 years and I'm only now needing to replace them. I did change out the insoles about a year ago. The boots are still in excellent condition other than the soles wearing down, though I do protect the leather with shoe polish every few months. They're comfortable too. I highly recommend this boot if you need a comfortable, durable pair of tactical boots.

I've been wearing boots like this for fire and EMS for almost 20 years now. The last pair of boots I had were 5.11 and when it was time to order new ones, those were the longest tenured ones I have had so I literally just put the same model number and everything in from the tag and ordered them. For some reason, the first 2 eyelets closest to the toe, they constantly come loose so when you step it creates a painful crease along the top of the foot. I have re-tightened them, changed how I laced them, left them zipped up, zipped down, there is no fixing it that I can find. My last ones lasted 7 years and had zero issues. I won't buy another pair unfortunately
