We used this one. Several points which made it helpful: we were all in New York City, so we had to find a hike not too distant. The descripton of the trail, its difficulties and the length of the hike proofed to be in line with our experuience - and this as well helped to find the right hike. Overall a good book with nice hikes and the right amount of information which one as a layman hiker needs to find his hike and to then hike well. Albert
