Fit just fine in my 1988 F150, it's a tight fit but it does fit without any modifications. It's a tighter fit then the original, which I like as it seals the chamber better.Heat output seems equal to the original, but it's not too cold this time of year, so hard to say for sure.I'll update the review if it gives me any trouble in the coming months.
