Easy to install. Compact unit moves quite a bit of air. A bit noisier than I expected but quieter than many others. Comes with everything you need except the ducts. Recommend.

This 4” inline is quiet easy to install and very efficient for a 4” fan I use it in a 3x2 grow tent for more airflow and it works perfectly.

I like the fan but, I should have purchased the 400cfm model. The 2to 00 cfm moves a fair amount of air, but I have a large bathroom. The design where you have to remove the fan from the ends to reach the mounting holes needs changed to make it easier to mount. Then there is the wired fan control switch, I intended to use a single gang box to mount in my bathroom wall. The problem the one that came with my unit was not designed to mount that way. Luckily, my inside walls are tongue and groove 2 by 8 boards, so I was able to cut just the right size hole to mount the switch and put a face plate on it. I'm using the fan as an exhaust fan using an existing exhaust hole through my 6x12 log walls. I wish they had offered for sale a grill and inlet. I looked at a number of fans and this to me was the better choice for moving air, it just needs a few modifications. As for sound mine is mounted nearly directly above the controller is, with just a 2 inch. thick wood ceiling and I forget it's on because I can hardly hear it.

This fan was very easy to install, coming with hose clamps and mounting hardware. My Glowforge used to sound like a jet taking off next door, and I had to banish it to the laundry room, and even so watching TV 2 rooms over it was very noisy. After installing this fan and disabling the Glowforge fan (in the settings) it is a huge relief. Even on its top speed it is about the volume of the internal fan. My only complaint was the price, but if it lasts I will feel it was worth it.

I should have pulled the trigger on this a long time ago. I bought cabinet cooling fans from these guys a long time ago and they still run strong. The packaging is nice, and the instructions are clear as day.

The fan is used to vent a 2 x 3 grow tent. There is 25 of flexible duct and the carbon filter is attached. It handles the job quietly with power to spare. Everything about it is first class. Overall, this has been a very positive experience.

It was bit tricky to get this into my 2X2 but I figured it out. I like being able to control the fan via the included control switch. Quality piece of equipment. VERY quiet. I am happy with my purchase. BTW I ordered the duct, and the filter. Excellent!Thank You

Attempting to use this for radon mitigation in a unoccupied dirt floor crawl space. Radon levels in the house are okay, but in the crawl space is slightly elevated. The controller cord is long enough to reach inside the living space which I'll do later. As for now the fan is so quiet that you can't hear it inside the home. I'm letting it run for a week before putting the radon monitor in to check the levels.

The running of this fan is a pleasant and calming sound instead of the previous equipments roaring sound . This is actually keeping the heat down as well so I have a much more stable temperature and humidity is under control which is a huge bonus! Love my fan!!

I have two of these fans and both are super quiet. They move plenty of air too. Really happy with the quality as well. The only small complaint is you have to take the fan a part if you plan to mount to a surface, Other than that small complaint, great fans.

For years I used box fans- the $20 fans you can get at any hardware store. During fire season or when there were other air pollutants, I taped a high efficiency furnace filter to the air inlet of the box fan, and it worked great for reducing pollutants inside my house. But my wife complained that the box fans made too much noise, so I got one of these fans, made a box from taped-together furnace filters, taped a piece of plywood to the open side of the filter box, cut a hole in the plywood, and installed this fan through the hole. SO much quieter. A bit less air flow, but no problem, I just leave it on 24/7 and within a few weeks it's collected so much pollution from our indoor air that I can see the filters getting dirty. That crud would have been going into our lungs!
