We have 2 machines and this is our 3rd hose, in 3 years, so yes, they are durable. We would not have even needed to buy this one if we hadn't noticed a small hole in one of them (caused by a pet, we believe). Much better than using any type of cheap foil hose

This arrived packaged extremely well and included new clamps. I am using this as an exhaust for my laser engraver.It did take some effort to get it to fit onto the 4 exhaust port, and once installed I almost did not need the clamp. Although I have not stretched it to its full length, I think that the 8 feet is 8 feet in a strait line, with no margin for error. If you need to bend it or account for the attachment to the ports, order a longer size.That being said, this is a heavy duty flexible hose. I don't have to worry about a stray ember from the engraver melting a hole in the material. I'd buy this again.

My only complaint is that I wish the inside diameter was 4 1/4” instead of 4”. It can be difficult to slide over the pipe on your dryer or vent. Otherwise it seems durable.

These are snug to put on. Got to be careful when putting on or taking off. The black finish looks really nice on our dark dryer.

It's black on the outside, pretty thick as well. Works great. Blows well. It's duct what can you say.

Love this product. It is so much sturdier than the typical fryer duct tubing. After I trimmed the material a bit, it is easier to take on and off.

Fits as it should over dryer vent and exit port. To get on u need to work one coil from an angle and it will go on. No issues and better then others.

I bought this for my gas dryer, which previously had a semirigid duct that kinked and became unusable. The key to this product is patience. If you take the time to install it over the connecting ducts carefully, it's a great product. Unlike aluminum ducting that kinks, tears, and can be sharp to install, none of these were high risks here. The duct seems to allow for faster drying, but that could be due to eliminating the prior lint buildup. The duct stays cool when drying, and the black color could be an added design touch.....

This duct is so much better than thin aluminum duct. Previous thin aluminum duct crushed in wherever you pushed it so I had to keep cutting off the ends and start over. This duct is thick and much smoother inside for better air flow. It allows smooth turns without crimping. It comes complete with quality clamps. Highly recommended.

Had to replace “professionally installed ” duct for my dryer. I am not that handy, but the duct was super easy to install, no problems with ripping/fraying and just the right fit.
