I had been looking for a well made dryer duct. This is the one it works so well as a dryer duct. It holds the heat in with a thick foil lining with a light cloth outside. This won't dry rot and rip apart from the heat. Best one I've seen so far!! Smart thinking on whom ever made this and it works for AC too! A on quality and price!

Quality of the tube is great. No worries about tearing fragile mylar with the rubberized coating over it. Just wish I had gotten the longer one.

This is high quality duct work. Really like the heavy duty nature of the construction, and it looks great in black. I see in the reviews that there are issues with it being tight, but I found that while snug, it definitely fits 4 inch round ducts. A couple pointers - screw it onto the duct in a rotating motion; use pliers on the duct to bend the metal inward slightly so you have a decreased diameter to work with as many round ducts are not perfectly round and will have a section that needs to be bent to fit.Great quality / recommended.

Tiny small holes which allow my machines air intake to work. As long as you have a great seal around you window where it's vented outside this tube will work

I like the two layer material, foil inner, and a (vinyl ?) outer for protection.The ends are folded in, hiding the coil end. This makes easy to slip on over the flange. The clamps included are good quality.Works great.

I was hesitant to order this product because of all the negative reviews regarding installation. I went ahead and purchased it for the manufacturing quality that was described. I am glad I did. I replaced my bathroom exhaust fan with a larger CFM model and used this 4 hose to connect it to the fan and the existing roof vent. Each end went on very easy and secured with the provided clamps. I also used HVAC tape to add security to it from falling off, mainly the roof vent end. If you straighten each end and work it with your fingers to make it as round and as large as possible, it slips right on. I twisted it a little when installing it and it went on in no time at all, and this was done in the attic with truss construction which is not easy to access. Hope this helps.

Tip: There is a little black tape on each end - I found this out when trying to stretch out each end to hook to wall/dryer - remove it so you can stretch out the ends appropriately. After that, pretty easy to install. The hose comes with the clamps you need.
