Bought two to vent two stand alone AC units. The only modification I did was put a little gaff tape on the flaps to open them wide so the AC units can breathe as freely as possible...totally optional

I use this for a hot air vent for a portable AC that I made not so portable anymore... The vent is really sturdy, and works great. Bigger than a standard dryer vent, but you could use it for that if you use an adapter. good product.

Awesome vent terminations. 6 flex slid easily over the ends, which isn't always the case, but it's very appreciated when it is! The flaps are all interlinked so they open and close in unison. Have them hooked up to two Panasonic bath fans running at 80cfm. Would recommend

Metal work all around very good. Shutters open with ease, I am using for high powered bathroom exhaust fan (6"), I have replaced three plastic ones that do not hold up to UV and blow apart first windy day

I was looking for a quality metal duct shutter for my rolling A/C unit. This item fit the bill. It's very solidly built and looks great. Very satisfied and definitely high quality for the price. Unlike other units I've tried, the shutters themselves on this feel solid and won't be going anywhere for years to come.
