I purchased at the sale price for about $36. It's plastic and certainly not a professional or high quality paper guillotine, may not be 100 accurate....but it is sharp, and for the price, I can't complain.

Paper moves easily so I have to ensure to hold it firmly or it will cut wrong. But it does cut nice when paper held tight

It's inexpensive. It cuts paper. It's makeup, it's feel, is cheap. If you're looking for an inexpensive paper cutting solution, this will do it.

Good value paper cutter - really just so light that you have to hold the cutting board down during use. Just like many of these, the arm needs to be drawn down with a slight inward pressure towards the board to avoid a large gap tearing the paper instead of cutting.

I like the weight. The safety latch is not great. It is hard to latch.I don't think young children should handle this product.Blade will not cut much thickness, but I'm not too worried about that.Overall, this product fits my needs. I am the only user and my art work is not intense.

Great deal for this type of cutting tool. Worked for what I needed it for (small paper crafts). Would purchase again. It will last me a long time though.

Hard to unlock safety catch. I gave up and now wrap with large rubber band to hold. Utter bar down.

This is a wonderful tool to make cutting easier on me as a first grade teacher who makes lots of games and other materials. My ONLY complaint is that it doesn't have suction cups or something to keep it in place on the table better.

Sharp blade, but on my particular one it is a little off alignment so it doesn't do a perfect straight cut when aligned with the top, not a big deal for me and my usage but if it is for you it might make you regret buying it. The build also feel a little cheap but overall it's perfect for my light-non-precise use.

Light and portable. Can't cut a lot of pages at once, but works well/accurate for small projects. Happy overall, just nothing special. If you like crafting and scrapbooking, this will definitely help.

I was creating a photo album for someone special, and this paper cutter got the job done. I had several photos to fit in individual sleeves, and was able to cut them quickly. My friend loved the album and the fond memories.

Small paper cutter, for small projects. If it doesn't matter to you whether your cut is precisely straight or not, then it's OK, but if you need precision, it's better to spend a little more money and get a better one.
