Not complicated, press center button to initiate timer, press right button to start/stop, press left button for splits.Lanyard was a little long but shortening/removing was not a big issue. Durable so far, easy to read.

Works. Instructions printed on inside of packaging in 4 point type. Had to rescue it from the trash, then I needed a magnifier to read them. Fortunately they're simple, and I'll remember them.<br /><br />Case shape doesn't fit my hand well, so is a bit tricky to use. I'd like it to be larger and not tapered at the bottom. Might fit small Asian hands, but not mine, and I'm no Paul Bunyan.<br /><br />When it's in stopwatch mode the word "stopwatch" flashes in the upper left corner, which is maximally annoying. I can't stop thinking that it trying to warn me of a low battery condition. SPEAKING of batteries - there is no "Off " switch, so the battery is being drawn on continuously. How long it will last I don't know, but I will be very unhappy if I pick this thing up after a few months of non-use and find that it's dead.

Absolutely great stopwatch for the money. I'm a personal trainer and use this to time out boot camp circuits. Simple to use, lightweight, and feels good in my hand. Time will tell on durability, but it seems pretty solid. Not giving 5 stars only because it needs a hair more space between the hours /minutes/seconds on the display ,especially when in clock mode.

Easy to use, large display and great warranty. If you are looking for a no nonsense stopwatch that you can comfortably take out in inclement weather, this is your stopwatch. There are certainly other stopwatches that are cheaper, but after reading the reviews on many of those I opted to spend a bit more and get this one. I am not sorry that I did. The only complaint that I have and it is is small one is that there was no instruction manual. The brief instructions were printed in the margins on the inside of the packaging. There are some features that are not well explained. Thank goodness for the internet.

Great stopwatch for the price. Why pay more. Doubt that any other stopwatch would work any better than this on. Very sturdy and very secure buttons for using it. Highly recommend
