Soft but supportive

I purchased this sofa and recliner and I've only had it a few hours and my body is in pain. It is super hard. It looks good. For the price it serves the purpose, but if you plan to have something you can relax in this isn't it. I purchased this because I needed am upgrade after having my old furniture so long. But I would've rather kept my old sofa set. At least it was comfortable. Nothing really wrong with it. Just old.

We jus moved to our new house and I wanted to furnish it with something new and comfy and beautiful and sturdy! I found it all and more in this reasonably priced sofa! I bought two of them since I have the space. I'm very pleased. Delivery was great!! Nice people and they carefully unpacked it and set it where I wanted it in my living room. I look forward to finish unpacking the house, receive my second sofa and curl up on it under a soft throw to watch my favorite shows. Ah! Lovely!!

The couch its self is exactly as advertised but after almost two weeks of rescheduling and me complaining they finally delivered it ONE HOUR before I hosted an event. The people who actually delivered it were kind and helpful but the company dropped the ball so hard.

Very nice

We bought this in May and felt very happy with the look and feel. However, in December a support bar buckled under the right side leg support. Now, it's very difficult to extend and close the leg support. I asked the company for a replacement. It's now January. No response.

After reading the reviews I was on the fence about this purchase. 1. Being in quarantine during a pandemic and not being able to see and test the couch beforehand had me nervous. 2. The reviews varied from excellent service great product, to left outside on my lawn. I have to say, they delivered it quickly before the scheduled time, called in advance and worked with my schedule. They brought up the the pieces out of the box, and assembled in less than 10 minutes. It was literally the bottom of the couch in 1 piece and the back of the couch in 3 pieces that easily clicked in. The delivery guys even tested out the recling function to make sure everything was ok. ALL THIS even during social distancing, to a second floor apartment went above and beyond my expectations honestly. The couch is nice and sturdy, supports alot of weight as my husbands 6ft tall and 300lbs. with us and the kids, it's still going strong. The cats try to scratch at it and the cloth does seen to easily pull, but we got couch protector vinyl for the sides to stave off the cats. It's been about a month and I cant honestly find anything to complain about. And I didnt want this couch, it looked clunky, but the whole family loves it. It almost reclines all the way back into sleeping position and only requires a couple of inches from the wall to do so like 4 or 5 inches. But can easily lay flush against the wall and slightly recline. Color me pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my husbands pick.

Got this sofa for our condo living room. We are quite pleased with it so far. It is easy to recline and quite comfortable. Color matched our decor and it was easy to set up.
