Several heavy boxes arrived with the parts for this bed. It took us both 4 hours to put it together. Although it was missing a couple of screws and one of the pieces of wood was questionable, we were able to make it work. Haven't slept on it yet. Will provide updates as needed. It does look really nice and seems sturdy.

I loved the design the functionality of the bed. I also liked the height. It fit will in my bedroom. The drawers work great and it was not hard to self assemble it only take my husband and I a day. We only had one concern we believe one of the mattress support panel wood boards is missing and we're concerned about weight cabavity to movement on the bed and staying stable. But so far we not had any issues and been very comfortable to sleep on. I give this bed 4 stars.

Love this bed. Very well made and not cheap made like most beds anymore. Very tall but that's one of reasons I like it. I'm super happy with this purchase.

We wanted a high bed so we could look out the window at the river and storage underneath. This bed fit those requirements. We had trouble finding directions after the four boxes arrived (two of them barely fitting in the elevator, the other two big and heavy). It would have been helpful to have the box with the directions marked Open me first, and to proceed from there.The first day was a challenge, but as we got the big pieces connected, the rest went together pretty quickly.
