Product exceeded my expectations! Strong and attractive!

Instructions are simple straight forward. Extra parts included, plus brackets to attach to the wall. Quality product.

For the price, this is a really good piece! I will say a couple of the shelf holes did not quite line up, but it didn't compromise the structure.It went together fast and looks great. I got the 7 ft tall one and it worked so well. I like that it came with sturdy and decorative brackets.So, 4.5 out of 5 stars for me.

Best purchase I have made in a while. Very sharp looking and worked well it a very nice kitchen.

For us, this was very difficult to put together. This could have been remedied if the sellers and or manufacturers had bothered to write out actual instructions. All that is given is one page of pictures. The parts should have been labelled with not only numbers, but back, front, up, down, etc.If you order this, you might consider paying for assembly. The bookcase is nice overall, but a pain to put together- and heavy as well.

Looks nice, took me about an hour to set up and anchor. Wanted to line the walls with them.

Good direction, just look twice before inserting screws. Also don't tighten everything down until everything is loosely assembled. Granddaughter 11 years old helped put the shelf together and it was a good experience for us.

Lots of screws, but easy to put together, if you follow all the instructions. Super happy with the end product, plus tons if new storage and they look great!

Shelves have some sort of vinyl or laminate glued to them to look like wood. A few flaw areas in the laminate itself plus one edge was not glued on. I fixed the unglued part. Since the unit was for my laundry room closet I didn't care that the shelves were messed up but you might!Also be mindful of the holes on the vertical bars when assembling.

These bookcases are FANTASTIC. Of the seven I have purchased, one came with an incorrect part that I cannot purchase at my local hardware store. I immediately contacted customer service, who sent me an e-mail three days later saying they needed pictures and proof of purchase. So I sent them immediately and heard nothing back. Just as I was about to give up, the correct part arrived. They have an e-mail only customer service contact, no phone number. So, if you need a replacement part, send a picture of the necessary part and proof of purchase, and you will cut the response time in half. I reduced the stars to four because of their customer service; the chance you will need them is slim, but their lack of communication is very frustrating if you do.The bookcase is solid, sturdy, attractive looking, and looks great sitting side-by-side. They are straightforward to assemble. I am 69 and have no problem putting them together myself (pay attention to the holes and ensure they are all on the same side). They are heavy, so getting them upright may be challenging (I put them together on the dining room table and then pivot them upward).We plan on replacing all of our bookcases with these. They are just amazing for the price. They are also narrow, which is a bonus because they will fit in more places. For example, we were able to put one behind a door in a bedroom, giving the room more storage space. We also fit one into the kitchen area, giving me a real bookcase for all of my cookbooks, which is a major plus!

I was happily surprised of the quality. Very sturdy, shelves are nice and solid, and the screws that hold this all together lined up beautifully. They give you extra screws and the directions were very clear and easy to understand. One person can set this up. I will buy another one if needed or using as a bookcase unit. Price is fantastic too. I highly recommend

This is a nice-looking shelf. It's narrow and tall, which is hard to find. I don't typically screw shelves to the wall, but with its height it's much needed. The brackets provided for that are nice. Assembly is OK, it's not too hard. I think the price was a bit much.

It's Beautiful with its Lacey framework. Stands tall and elegant wherever it's placed.

Perfect for what we needed and very sturdy

If One's methodical logical brain is engaged ( reads instructions beforehand!!), assembly falls in place easily.Now living in smaller quarters, using vertical empty space is most crucial; this 7-shelves unit fits that need perfectly (I may just purchase another one ).I do not love modern decor; however, this unit fits well with my more traditional decor. I truly love it! Thank you.

Some irritation because delivery was delayed. Very pleased with the quality and the appearance of the unit. Would definitely recommend!!

Easy and quick assembly. Looks great

Really liking this shelf; it looks very nice and seems sturdy. The instructions aren't the best, but I got it built fine enough (after failing to align the sides with the holes for the rear X pieces and having to take much apart and start over). I think it will look amazing with some corded bins that fill up the shelf spaces. All in all, I'd recommend this unit.

This is the second one I've ordered, and I believe that says a lot in of itself. I will say it isn't the easiest to assemble, since the directions are not very clear (just that you have to face the sides a certain way when you first start off). I had to take pieces apart and reassemble just to make it work. All in all, a great bookcase that fits into smaller spaces since it's more tall than it is wide.
