Battery was Fully charged but small crock pot on lowest setting drained battery in 1.5 hours. That really put me in a bind. I haven't spoken to the company yet to see if there's something that can be done.

This is a piece of junk. It's Li-ION, not Lithium Iron Phosphate, so if you don't keep it charged FREQUENTLY, it'll be dead when you need it. I'll have to tear it apart to replace the battery with an efficient one. Way overpriced for such little power output. Other brands are much better and cheaper for the watt-hour.

My wife is permanently on Oxygen from Covid and she's on a Oxygen concentrator. Thanks to the Jackery it's made it possible for my wife to make it to our kids sports games and other events. So grateful!! I only wish it had solar panels or a little longer battery life.

It worked great during the storm and for the day after. we could only use it to power a couple of lights and cell phone charges. Would not fully charge the laptop battery. Great for the kids room Ordered two more just in case. Holds a charge for about 3 months...

I bought this to use while camping and it was just what I needed. It's nice to have in the tent instead of having to charge my stuff in the truck. Charged my mattress pump, laptop, projector, phone, and speaker and didn't even use 50. Also blew up my mattress. Charged relatively quickly in the truck while driving around trails

My two Jackery portable power stations arrived in time to be of use when the outer bands of hurricane Ian came through and we had a power outage. I was able to power up my internet (modem and router) and TV - using extension cords and a outlet adapter (1:3) and keep my phone and laptop charged as well. I have yet to try charging the stations with the solar panel, but if it works as well as the power stations, it should be great.

Sure, I plan to get a larger capacity lithium ion phosphate battery which you'd need something like 2000Wh for powering AC overnight, or for disasters, but this little puppy will always be handy to have and super reliable. I love it.Have charged it with a 100W (68W max in reality) solar panel, with car and AC, used it to power ipad, iphones and when in a pinch (though I don't know that it'd go for long) a macbook through the AC when on the roadGreat to have.

Highly recommend for camping. Went on a 6 day photo shoot in the Grand Teton mountains while staying in a tent. I took this for re-charging everything: tablets, phones, camera batteries, air mattress pump. It worked great. I was charging a tablet, phone and (2) camera batteries each night. The single 100 charge took care of me for approximately 5 days. Great for re-charging devices and worked well for my air mattress pump however this doesn't have the juice to run things that produce heat like a coffee maker.

I got this for my van/camping trips. It is very lightweight and provides just the amount of power I need for the shorter trips I do. Eventually I'd like to get a solar panel too.

This was perfect for charging cell phones after Ian. So many people borrowed it for power and it held a charge for days

Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with this backup battery, it simply doesn't supply enough power for what I purchased it for. That is my fault. My original intention was to use this to power my CPAP when camping and not having a power source available. I learned while using it that it can only power my CPAP machine, even with the humidifier and heater turned off, for about 7.5 hours. I was hoping for much more, but miscalculated the capacity when I purchased it. It does charge phones, tablets, etc., very well and for quite a few charges before needing to be charged itself. That is what I will be using it for in the future. Will consider purchasing a battery with much higher reserve and using a small generator to recharge it during the day in order to run my CPAP in the future.

This item 240's and works well. Bought two each so far and coupled ( piggy back) them together to get longer hours of use per day.I use two each 50 watt solar panels as input.Never a problem since I bought Jackery Power Stations Explorer 240.

I bought this so that I could busk with my guitar amp rather than buying a new battery-powered amp. While I haven't busked yet, I did test it at a gig yesterday. I powered a Fender Tonemaster Deluxe Reverb and a pedalboard powered on a Strymon Zuma by connecting a power strip to the jackery. I played at gigging volumes (with a loud drummer) for the whole of the 3 hours. This amp is actually a 100 watt class D solid state amp that is meant to emulate the classic 22 watt tube fender deluxe. But together with the pedalboard with the volume loud (but not dimed), the Jackery only showed my rig pulling about 30watts of power at any given moment. At the end, I still had 70 battery left on the jackery. So I estimate I could power my full rig at high volume for about 9 hours, which is amazing. I could busk with my normal rig and not sacrifice anything.I also tried charging a macbook on it and it pulled a similar amount of power overall. 60w while charging, but around 25w once it was charged.I also tried using it to power some tabletop kitchen appliances. So far this has not worked out for me. If I plug in a toaster or an electric kettle, it basically stays on for about 3 seconds. You see the outgoing wattage on the jackery's display go up very quickly. When it reaches like 350-400, the jackery cuts off the power. The 300w continuous power provided by this particular Jackery is not enough for anything with a heating element.

It just works! I used it while camping at AirVenture for a week. It kept several iOS devices and camera batteries charged. Never got below 50. You do have to reposition the solar panels every few hours to point at the sun (obviously) but that's a small price to pay. The AC, USB, and 12V ports were all I needed to keep my devices charged
