I spent 3 days trying to get the broken stub of my Cherokee's rear wipe off, 2 minutes with this and the new one was on.

This seems to be a well built tool but I actually couldn't use it because it requires about 5/1634; clearance to slip under the wiper arm.

Best tool in my tool box. Couldn't get the wiper arm off one of my old cars. This popped it off with no damage to the paint.
