These poles work great after figuring out how to install with no instructions. Holds up to the wind really well. Mounted the feet to the deck and it gives more support. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that as far as I can tell, you have to remove the poles every time you roll up the awning. I wish they folded up to the front bracket so I didn't have to go through the process every time.

These things won't even make a good shower curtain. Very thin wall aluminum pipe. The portion that bolts to the actual canopy frame is made from a small piece of plastic with a quarter inch nut that was stripped out. The 1st time the wind blows 1/2 mph the poles will fail and you will be buying replacement parts for your awning like I did

Great product. Sturdy. 20 min install. Makes the awning semi permanent. But can break down and put away very quickly. Definitely recommend this item for awning owners

Good for retractable awning that is low when extended out. Would recommend

Does not fit good into the alecko awning did not screw all the way in tight and twist easily around on awning end. But held in with cheap plastic that breaks and the nut comes out which makes it useless
