It is just like the other reviews said ,the tie straps are to short and very weak.They rip easy.I knew this when I bought it.For the money you can't beat it if you spend another 9 bucks for some straps it's a nice cover.

It fits well, and installation was easy. I did buy Velcro to completely secure it down.

Ties provided were unusable and attached to cover. Had to use rope to secure in place. Cover material seems to be durable, will have to see if how well it holds up to winter. Would buy something else.

Cover is fine but as mentioned in other reviews, the ties are pretty meager and difficult to use.Much better if you go buy some 3/4' double sided velcro to wrap around as many places as you like. Super easy to use and get the the correct tension regardless of the canopy size.I'd recommend the company eliminate the attached ties and just include separate velcro straps as well.

It fits my awning good and was easy to install. Instructions not very clear on how to close the Velcro at the bottom.

The ties are too short to secure properly. Had to use rope to tie down for wind. Otherwise a nice cover.

Cover is nice easy to put up. Fits nice, seems good quality best if 2 people put it on. I did it myself just went up and down the ladder several times. The strings to tie the cover are my only complaint, very weak. I know if I pulled to hard they would tear. I just put 2 bungee cords around to make sure if they tear it would stay secure.

Read other reviews that recommended purchasing next size up which we did and it worked well. Ties are a bit flimsy and short so we will be replacing with Velcro next season. We also folded excess (not much) on end inward and simply put Velcro around to secure it tightly in place. For the price pretty good buy. Could improve greatly with Velcro straps instead of ties.

This 12 X 10 foot awning cover only fits THEIR brand of awning. Our awning was purchased from another company and it's 12 foot across but this cover did NOT fit, it was about 2 inches too short. When we called the company they pretty much said too bad, no help what so ever, just sad !!!! It went in the trash :'(
