- Avoid leaving your spa out at temperatures lower than 40°F.
- Switch control box off every 48 hours to allow temperatures to cool and reset
- Use a 12/3 extension cord if one is required (if an extension cord is not necessary, it is recommended to connect hot tub directly to outlet)
- Connect hot tub to designated 20 AMP plug when in use (heater requires 1200 Watts of electricity and the bubbles require 600 Watts of electricity)

Return Policy
Return could only be applied within 30 days after delivery.If the product is damaged and notations have been made on the delivery receipt, please do one of the following:
1. Keep the whole shipment and we will compensate the cost of repair if needed, or we can replace the damaged unit for a new one if marked DAMAGED.
2. Refuse just part of the shipment and keep the non-damaged items, then let us know about your decision. A new replacement will be re-shipped to you only if notations with the word DAMAGED have been made. Also, please provide photos of the damage if possible.
If you accept the damaged package without any notation on the delivery receipt, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY PARTS OR COMPENSATE ANY REPAIR COSTS.

I love this hot tub! During the winter it takes 3 days to heat up. Note that it is warm i have turned off the heater and I use it to cool off

Bubbler stopped working in less then 3 months, will not recommend
