I do a lot of tent camping, and I use this stool to sit on while I get dressed and undressed inside the tent. It's lightweight, sturdy, easy to pack and carry, and serves it's purpose well. I'm 6' tall and weigh 212 pounds, and it supports my weight well. I don't use it as a general purpose seat, only for the use I stated above, so i can't speak to it's usefulness or durability in that regard. It works well for my purpose and I'm pleased with it.

I had my doubts. I am 6'1, 225 lbs. It isn't a lazy boy, but great for ice fishing, light, stores easy and small.

I absolutely love this chair! It's easy to carry and light! Very comfortable and affordable! After having issues with my knees being bent most of the time while doing wildlife photography and nature watching, I decided to invest in a chair. I love it !! It's not too high and not too tall. Perfect!!

I absolutely love this stool, I definitely don't just use it for camping I work a lot at ground level, gardening and all the things that come with it or any job where you would be either kneeling or stooping on levelish ground at ground or below the waist level. This little stool is very comfortable to sit in (I am and average sized 5'7 female) I've used this stool for over a year now in and outside and just ordered another because I like it so much

I needed something so I wouldn't have to stoop over when working in the battery or generator compartments of my RV. This works perfectly for that and is easy to store as well!

I bathe my dogs on the concrete outside and to save my back, I sit criss cross on the ground to bathe them. Since i have large dogs theyre my height or taller when i sit on the ground and i cant reach around them. I started using this to get a little leverage and it works out perfect! The chair also dries out supper fast, and folds away and takes little to no space. Love It!

I use this for photography. I use a monopod with my camera and it's a good low angle while saving my knees. It's sturdy and compact too. I'm 6' and 215lbs.

We got this for sitting in the locker room to help get our children geared up for hockey. So this keeps me from kneeling or sitting on the floor and we just keep it in the hockey bag as it is so lite. Everyone who sees it always comments on how neat it is and what a great idea. We love it!

Would I want to sit in this chair for any real length of time? No. It's just not that comfortable. Would I carry it when I know I'll be waiting in line for extended periods? Yep. Would I take it with me camping/hiking? Absolutely. Side note, the strap is complete trash. Too short, very flimsy. I replaced it, you should too. This stool gets the job done, no frills.
