Alexa can be a helpful woman or whatever u make her (can change her to a man voice). But man has she gotten worse with answering stuff and weather? Forget about it she's soooo inaccurate especially in places where I live Michigan. Outside of that I love it. What I don't like? The clock doesn't work as alarm once the service is disrupted or power is out. And boy did that teach me a lesson. I think she could be a tad louder w the volume for music or Radio etc but this is fine. What I just learned is for free, you can ask Alexa to wake you up at say 6am and say “with wind chimes” or “sound of rain” etc etc and it will. Which is way nicer than waking up to its other awful alarm sounds lol. So that's a perk.Sometimes she just goes off for no reason. Like LOUDLY it's soooo annoying and soooo embarrassing! I've checked settings and all that apply are checked off so it won't doThey and that's why it angers me. How many times is it going off when I'm at work at 530am waking person below me I wonder? I'm still working on finding a fix for it. The voice options are slim.. the ones I have now is like she has her nose plugged. I can't find one I like lol. The other accents annoy me and I'd jump to take someThing else even if I had to pay for it. This is kinda like one of them things where u pick your battles. Check other options first and see which annoyances you can handle better lol

Love this! Its really handy to have in the kitchen for recipes, news and music. Have one in the den, too, that my grandkids like to use. I also bought one for my patents, who keep this by their bed. Easy to use for video calling and works great.

I really enjoy using this product. You can ask useful questions, call to home and msg ppl across the house. There are so many things tou can utilize it for.

Got this for my daughter to upgrade hers and we love it and so does she. Love the ease of setup and you can turn on the kids mode. Drop in is so nice when I need to ask her something without having to yell upstairs.

Have multiple units and located in home and two story garage. Good connections and useful paired with Wyze security cameras.

What more could you ask for. A hands free device that plays music, makes calls, tells me the weather forecast and jokes. I highly recommend.

I have a number of these throughout my house. It is great if you have a ring system. The video door bell goes directly to the screen. The music quality it great and can easily be heard over the shower.This is an all around Greta device at a great price point. Also it can be used in any room.

Works pretty good. I hate that sometimes the TV sets it off. Seems like the old ones didn't do that. Needs a few more names. Or maybe you can add the feature to call it what you want?!

Been using this as a white noisemachine in our spare room and has been working well ever since when. Alexa is still responsive when we have some quick questions. Speakers can be better but i guess thats too much to ask for something this small.

We use this in our kitchen in addition to Echo Dots throughout the rest of our house to control everything. See my other reviews for how we use them. This one adds the ability to show us recipes which is why we got it for the kitchen. You can watch video from streaming services and I'll occasionally use it for CNN, but we mostly use it in the kitchen for listening to Apple Music, kitchen timers and recipes. It has decent sound quality with better bass than the echo dots. We love jamming to music while cooking. Some of it's screen notices are a little annoying, but you learn to ignore them.

The grandkids figured out how to view Youtube on this device, and soon thereafter the screen was cracked.
