Sadly this product appears flawed. The bolt holes were off by approximately 3/32, and their tech support was anything but helpful, closer to very rude and not listening. and it is never good to hang up on a customer - probably the worst I have experienced. The bolt angle is obvious - all bolts were still loose. I was only able to get the bolts in using a clamp to pull it. I'm still going to try and mount it, may be a $250 mistake.

One of the bolt do ant match the threaded hole. I had the tools to fix it but beware. Besides that, good sturdy product and easy to mount

At 63, I just cannot hop up in that truck bed like some of the younger crowd so this was one of my first additions to my truck. It was pretty straightforward, working off pictures but if you are doing this you are mechanical anyway right? So, that said, I'm 260 and it works great for me. I'm glad I purchased it and I know these things are pricey due to their structure but I think a price point closer to $200. would be more reasonable.

This step is a Big help in getting in and out of the bed. Two easy steps and your in the bed of your truck.Installation took about thirty minutes. At 64 years young, this step makes it a breeze to get in and out of the bed.

Assembly was simple. A little tougher than I thought it would be to install. Toughest part was loosening the bumper bolts but some WD 40 and extra leverage worked. Love having this on my 2020 F150.

It's a little bit of a hassle to install, you need a braker bar to get the bolts loose. The install directions are very poor, you have a bit of head-scratching to figure out how it goes in. But, once in, it has no problem handling a 300 pound load, it does not even flex. Really nice design and good looking cast parts. It pops down and up with a push of a toe. Highly recommended.

Product looks great and seems solid but unfortunately does not fit my truck. I have a Gen 2 Raptor and this part does not clear the tailpipe

This will fit a '21 F150 with one small complication. The '21 F150 went up in size for the main two bumper bolts that this bracket fits on from I believe a 21mm to a 24mm. This is a small problem because the bracket hole to reach the bolt is drilled out just large enough fit a 21mm socket. To solve this problem you must use a regular 24mm wrench out the side of the bracket and do small, 1/8 turns to snug it up. Everything else fit perfectly and was easy to assemble and install.

I am not a mechanic and I was able to do the installation with no problems on my 2020 F150. It looks Great and functionality is as advertised.

Easy to install despite the powder coat making some bolt holes too small but easily remedied with a drill bit, fit my 2018 f150 perfectly, operates easily with a gentle nudge of my foot both ways. Just a little pricey but seems high quality.

I installed it myself, it was a pain, but I got it done, even though I am 74 years old. Would have been easier if I had a rack to put the truck on. It works and appears is sturdy enough to last. Time will tell.

Not too bad of an install, used the AMP install video as well. No way to fit my impact gun under the truck so I just used a socket wrench, extensions and breaker bar. Make sure you have all the necessary socket sizes. It's very sturdy and you should be able to see it in your sideview in case you I leave it down.

This item should cost about $100 less. That being said: it is a nice addition to my truck. As mentioned previously, the installation instructions are a diagram and make no effort to give you a step-by-step process to install it. Thankfully there are several videos that help you out. One shows the installer completely tightening the two screws that join the mount to the step portion before mounting the whole thing under the truck. That turned out to be the best way to mount it because, if you try to tighten those screws after you mount the device you are in for a rude awakening. They have not invented a tool that will tighten anything at that angle. You cannot get into it to tighten it up. Had I done that little thing first I would have had the whole thing mounted in about 30 minutes. But it's in and it works and it stays tucked up under the bumper when not in use. So, if your wallet will allow it, buy it.

Good product. I had a small issue while installing the step pad: the pad cracked. The company had good customer service and replaced the pad. Very satisfied.

The instructions noted that longer 14 mm bolts may be needed if an aftermarket hitch was installed. My 2017 F150 had a factory installed hitch, but I still needed to purchase 2 longer bolts. Metric bolts of this size were not available in my area. I assume that most F150 have a hitch installed. The convenient thing to do would be to include two bolts in the package to begin with, especially considering the expensivecost of the step. It was a pain-in-the-neck for me to realize I would need more hardware when I was in the middle of the installation process.
