Easy to install. Works great.

Getting older and this step truly assist in getting in and out of the bed of the truck. Pretty easy install, but some tight spaces when tightening thing down.

The step fits and stays out of the way when not needed.

This step was easy to install, the instructions were easy to follow, and everything fit together perfectly. I did have a slight problem with one of the bolts on the main assembly bracket where the screw crossed threads, but I was able to get it together. Looks and functions great!

Works as advertised! A must have for ease of getting up on the tailgate when it's down.

I knew I needed this step as my 4X4 bumper is high and with tailgate down it's too hard climbing up. This step is very sturdy and I just wish I had bought it sooner.

Now that it is installed, I don't dread having to climb up into the bed of my truck.

Made of quality materials. This step is very sturdy and easy to use. Installation only took about 45 minutes without modifying my truck. Great product just a little pricey!!

2017 Ford F-150 XLT. Perfect fit. Very happy with the product thus far. East install. The install goes easier if you prefit bolts before doing any tightening on the main body of the unit. That way all of the holes line up. Be sure to have your York wrench available to get everything to safe spec.

not difficult to install but instructions arent super clear but you should be able to figure out. this is definitely worth buying if you use your truck to do work and are in and out of it a lot. it was expensive but it is better than not having one and id buy one for every new work truck i purchase for my business. sturdiness i said 4 stars the step if metal would be better. the thing is strong 325lb guy gets in and out no problem but does flex under that weight slightly

Easy to install on my Ford F150 truck

Stays put when stowed, easily pulls down and is perfectly built for simple easy use. Great addition to the truck. Just wish it was 100 bucks cheaper. You pay for quality here.

Easy to install. An extended socket makes it easier. Step is great, use it every time getting into truck bed. Feels strong and stable. Lowers and lifts as easily as advertised, with little pressure from 1 foot.Wish there was a version for passenger side too, I would buy.I recommend this product.

OK. just wanted to establish the frustration and mindset when trying to put it all together. It took me about 1.5 hours to get going; most of that time was literally spent trying to get the 'brackets' together; if 3 holes lined up, one did not: if two aligned, 2 did not, etc. etc. etc. etc. and more etc. etc. EVENTUALLY HERE IS WHAT I HAD TO DO: I made sure 3 of 4 aligned and then w/ impact drill; went 'all in' for the 4th one and luckily it all went in smooth; while applying superhuman strength to the brackets (pressure). NOW THE INSTRUCTIONS STATE TO NOT 'TORQUE' it all together UNTIL you get the step mounted. LET ME FOREWARN: it is very, very tight fit to start tightening/torqueing up bolts once the step is mounted; so not clear of their intent on the instructions. (luckily Im pretty petite guy and can do it; but overall even for me; I had to do some cirque du soleil stuff to make it all happen).It works as hoped, maybe a bit overpriced; Id say this is a $150 product at most; adn even then the manufacture does NOT make it easy: IN HINDSIGHT: alot of aggravation can be saved if they just put or make a 1piece metal; then I can see a 15-20 minute installation process: easily. but lose alot of time and mental fortitude in just trying to piece it all together. IF they are aware of the 'holes' issue on their product; then they shoudl create slightly 'wider' lenght holes that can help align the bolts better versus just shooting for a hole in one. THE PRODUCT IS HEFTY and feels stout; as it should. Overall; it is in place and im hopeful it will last as long as intended.

First and foremost, yes it does fit the 2021 model perfectly. I had a difficult time finding information on this, so for those that need confirmation, here you go. Tip - to get ready to install the two 21mm nuts on the bracket to bumper, use a low profile socket that you can slide in and out between the brackets. No need for a wrench, in fact, very difficult to install with anything but a socket. Second Tip - as you put together the bracket before install, keep all bolts hand tighten so the you can assemble and push the bolts through each hole with ease. Finally, the last tip, the actual step pad has a few positions to help you perfectly align it with the bumper end. Only negative, the instructions are a bit lacking.
