Used this to seal up a solar cable gland on a bus roof. Then used it in a few other projects. It has performed amazing in all situations.

I read one review by a person who wet his finger in rubbing alcohol solvent when tooling/smoothing the beads of Sikaflex. He was wondering why it was still not cured after 14 days. I felt bad for him. Unfortunate, and it made me curious. So I looked up the directions. Do NOT use alcohol products with Sikaflex. It will prevent Sikaflex from curing and will have to totally be removed and redone. Not sure about things like mineral spirits, but I would not chance that either unless you tried it on a small test sample first. Makes me want to be a little more careful than I normally am and force myself to read the directions more often.

Used this product to seal a freezer ice bath. Product worked phenomenal, was a fraction of the price of comparable products. Easy to use, has held up well for months with no signs of breakdown

Body shop wanted $1000 for new front valance because a tab had broken off. Upon the shop's recommendation I purchased this and glued the piece in place. Problem solved and you can't tell the difference.

Wonderful, grippy, but gooey to apply - super great adhesion - but absolutely need humidity such as East or West coast, near water, Great Lakes or humid Georgia. I live in Colorado and it is still gooey on my sailboat - called the company - they said need 50-60 humidity or it won't dry. Used in my bathtub and I had to leave hot steaming water in the tube twice and it adhered perfectly. Otherwise would be 5 stars in a humid climate. 2 stars for Colorado - but it's not chemical reaction for drying - it's reactive to humidity.

Works very well at sealing up areas you don't water getting into. The stuff is really thick and hard to get out of the tube however.

This product is being used on a 22 year old fishing dory from Nova Scotia. I need the assurance of a product that will keep this vessel sea worthy I frequently row off shore 6 miles

This stuff is amazing for campers,if you own a camper then you know how poorly they attempt to seal them and if you dont check every seam your waiting to fix rot,period.

Used beneath toilet that could 'potentially' leak causing floor damage. The existing ring was beneath newly added flooring, creating a possible reservoir. Used Sikaflex-291 because it is a marine grade sealant/caulk to seal the area between the outside of ring and original flooring.
