It seems to work, but not sure how long will it last. If it only lasts a month or so, then it could be ver expensive to maintain the effectiveness.

I have finished basement/apartment that is not being used and the mice started to move in as the weather is starting to get cooler.I read some reviews and the ratings were not bad so I bought 3 boxes of these repellants.The smell is awful and you would think the mice would think so too. But....4 days after I put the little smelly sacks out there was even more mouse droppings. And it looks like there were a bunch of the buggers having a party around one of the sacks. So maybe it works for some folks but apparently not for me.

I have bought the Fresh Cab rodent repellent several times, and it seems to work. My garage doors don’t seal, so rodents can enter, and then snakes enter. Yikes! The smell of the pine is the repellent The mice are gone. The pine scent is great for a garage. You might like this product if you have rodent problems in a garage or other outbuilding.

We’ve been seeing occasional mice in our camper. I put two pouches inside and two outside. We have not seen a mouse since!!!!

This product really works in keeping away mice. However one should always caulk holes and openings along floor baseboards.Yo from NM

While staying in a rural RV campground in Northern CA we needed something to keep the ground squirrels from getting into our wiring on the RV or our truck. This is a known problem in San Benito RV Resort. As we were camping we created a perimeter around our campsite and watched the squirrels going in and out of the other RV around us. We were there for several weeks and didn't have any problems. Other campers were complaining about the issue.
