Mission: AccessH2O provides financial assistance, education, and support to individuals and families experiencing temporary financial hardship to avoid water shut-off.

Results: We have helped over 1000 people across the United States keep their water on or to reestablish water service after shut-off and maintain it after they have had it previously disconnected.

Target demographics: individuals and families experiencing temporary financial hardship

Direct beneficiaries per year: over 500 individuals after only being in operations for 3 months (October - December)

Geographic areas served: cities across the United States

Programs: financial assistance, education on potential sources of water loss and conservation, and support in related areas such as legal and landlord/tenancy matters.
