This is the one you want! If you look at the cheap ones you can see the cheap welds. Then take a look at this one. When you want a lift ring you can trust you want this one.

When you have to lift an outboard from a boat onto a motor stand - this is the ring to use. No need to use fancy straps or ropes, just a engine hoist with a hook and a this Marine Tech Ring. Well built, did the job (10/10) and will last for life.

Is what it is, does what it does...2004 Merc 150 455 pounds. I had this motor hoisted for 3 days while it was bolted to my stand which is made of 6o feet of 2 X 8 boards with 6 8 caster wheels and 10 pounds of lag-bolts. You could probably pick up a car with this thing.
