The mushroom head side of this is very small so you'll want to make sure your hole isn't oversize. The hose barb section barely has any profile or barb to it. You'll want to double clamp this, and I would never use this where it will regularly be under water. This is an amazing price for what you are getting, but it is clear some corners were cut. Good for a sink drain or bilge pump way above the waterline.
