My 13 yr old used this bag for middle school basketball. It was a good size. Not too big, not too small. Durability has been good. He will use it for track meets too.

Daughter loves it uses it for all her soccer goalkeeper gear. Holds her ball two sets of gloves,warm ups,water bottle and more.

Bag is bigger than it looks and has plenty of room, but is still a good size for not taking up too much space. Perfect for the gym whether you are lifting out or swimming; there is room for shoes, towel, etc., with plenty of additional little pockets for holding the little things.
