I suspect de Quervain's tendonitis in my left wrist, and I work from home which means sitting at a computer for 8 hours and typing all day. I also play Guitar Hero a lot (I know, who's doing that in 2022 lol). But this means I needed some form of support for my wrist, as the constant stress was leading to more pain than my wrist has caused since it started, around 10 years ago. This brace has helped a ton. I've been wearing it for around a week or two now. It isn't perfect; the piece of fabric that sits above the thumb is a bit uncomfortable, but it's otherwise amazing. I still can move my hand around to do my daily activities and more, but it keeps my wrist in place to limit the pain. The straps are adjustable, so if it swells up overnight (as limbs tend to do) I can simply loosen it in the morning, and tighten it later in the day when the swelling goes down. I was skeptical as I've never used a brace that wasn't cheap (like $10) so paying this much for one, even if not expensive, had me wondering how much good it could really do. And I was pleasantly surprised. It's worth it! It helps a lot. Highly recommend it.
