This unit is very comfortable although the company recommends it be worn only a couple of hours per day. I felt that it is not correcting as strongly as some of the less comfortable devices. I chose this one for the comfort. I will just wear it longer to get the correction.

Reminds me to sit up by pulling my shoulders back. Does nothing for my neck so keep this in mind if you're suffering from a Buffalo/Dowager's hump.

the size chart has a bit error i think.. suggest to buy a larger one.it will be painful if wearing too long. still i think its a good product

I've adjusted this many times and it still pinches my nerves in my arm and hand on the right side.

At first I did not like it. It hurt, but after adjusting the straps, I found that it it very effective and comfortable. I thought I wrote a bad review, but I don't see it. This is a correction. I love it.

I've tried this for a bit now but I'm not sure it's been helping. It's also a bit big on me so I can't get it as tight as I need to truly help but the smallest size is the s/m. I wish they would make an xs/s as well as add a way to get a little more neck hunching support but then again this could be a problem with it being big on me

I don't feel pain relief but I like to feel I hold my back straight, it supports my posture well. I like this product!

This brace keeps my shoulders down and my upper spine straighter. It's adjustable so that helps. However, on me it irritates my underarms after awhile of wearing it.
