After a fall and a possible fractured rib my husband was in lots of pain for a week before I ordered this wrap. It helped by holding his rib in place so he could move without so much pain. It stays in place and is very easy for him to put on.

I bruised or dislocated my rib. Working out I hurt myself by doing muscle ups. I was in pain and knew it just needed time. I had to keep working and got this brace to see if I could get some comfort.Well it was easy to put on and it did relieve the pain I was in when moving. It would slide down at times (reason for the 4 star), but I just had to take it off and reinstall it over my rib that was in pain. For the money it was so worth getting this to keep moving till it healed.

It did exactly what it was supposed to do. So did it completely remove pain or be completely comfortable, no. It was simply to hold ribs from shifting too much after injury, which it did well.

I needed something to hold gauze in place over a large abrasion where I scraped my side and provide support for a fractured rib. This works really well. The women's edition is thoughtfully designed, with contours for 'the girls' and smooth finished edges with no pokey velcro! If you have the misfortune of a broken rib, I highly recommend this product.

I fractured 2 ribs and got this because of the high reviews. It is really comfortable and easily adjustable for tightness. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is that the velcro is super sticky to begin with, so it will start ripping out some of the cloth that the velcro sticks on.
