I had a hard time sleeping. this brace helped a lot. By the second week I was healed. I recommend this product, but try not to fracture a rib, painful.

I had my 6 rib broken playing volleyball. It kept it from moving too much in the beginning and when I start playing again.

Playing ball, I got elbowed in the rib by someone driving to the basket flailing their elbows. If you have had a rib injury, then you know. It takes a lot away from you. Did all the RICE procedures and everything for a week and then got this. Maybe it is just the timing, but since I have been wearing this, things have gotten much better as I have worn it t throughout the day. Much more comfortable, makes it easier to breathe without pain, workout a little, etc. I would highly recommend this product. Injuries can be a huge bother and get you down, but this product breathes new life into you and truly gives you some of your mobility back.

I am elderly and a few weeks ago I suffered a coughing fit and have been in constant excruciating pain ever since due to a few cracked ribs sustained during the coughs. As soon as I put this brace on I experienced immediate relief and I cannot express how grateful I am for this relief. The brace is comfortable and easy to use. However be aware that when you have a cracked or broken rib you are going to be in a certain amount of pain and discomfort no matter what you do. This brace removes 95 of that pain and it is a Godsend!

Does the job. I cracked a rib high in the chest area. This wrap could be a little wider as it tends to roll over. That's why I didn't give a 5star.
