I have had several rib braces over 63 years. This product is by far the best I have ever used. Broken ribs 8 times. It has no limit to adjustment. ( problem in the past).A recommendation ice, ice, ice! Brace will accommodate ice pack! I have a 42 chest. Feel better!

Finally got to heal a pulled tendon that had been bothering me for months.

For several months I have experienced severe mid-back pain while and after walking Lulu ( my big rescue dog ) My doctor gave me pain pills which help, but that one mile walk remained a painful chore. I tried several support products without any luck. Then this morning I used your rib brace for the first time and the walk did not hurt for the first time in months. Thank you so much. I never even considered eliminating Lulu's walk . It is the highlight of her day. I am 86 and have had several bad falls so I suppose I hurt my ribs that way.

Great quality and support

After breaking a lower (10th) rib, I tried a couple of other braces but this was easily the most effective. Stays in place better than others I tried and provides good support. The velcro gets a bit worn after a few removals, but otherwise this is all you could hope for from an affordable brace. Wish I had bought it earlier in my recovery. Highly recommended.

Worked great

In the beginning this worked well to prevent pain while moving. Did not wear it for more than 30 min or so since enough pressure to take the pain away was too much.Then. As I got to 4 weeks post injury I used the band to start exercising. I could bench press light weights using this to hold the chest wall in a stabilized position. 10 days later I can lift without support.Used properly these work.

I broke several ribs in a MTB accident. I was looking for some pain relief and support of my broken ribs. This really did the trick! I am so glad I made this purchase. I truly believe these have helped me heal faster, and have made me more comfortable throughout the healing process.One thing to note with broken ribs, make sure you are inhaling and exhaling properly, and often. You should have been also given a spirometer as part of the treatment. Some experts are cautious to wrap, for fear of not inhaling and exhaling fully.I personally feel the wrap helped me in this process, as it kept me from feeling like my chest was going to explode when taking those deep breaths.For picture reference, I am 5'-11” 215lb male with a 46” chest. The brace fit me with plenty of room to spare.It's great value for the price! I would highly recommend this brace to help with bruised, broken, or fractured ribs!One last thing....... broken ribs is, hands down, the most painful injury I have experienced in my 41 years in this planet!
