I'm an average guy. I stretched this thing around like they show and it nearly crushed my ribs. I had to loosen it up aaalll the way to the end and it was still too tight. I like the thickness and it stays up just fine, but this was made for boys, not men. the stretch on this is very strong. this means that the 24 is a light pressure and the 60 stretch is extra strong. all I needed was a medium to light pressure, but I do not have a 24 chest.

I mean, I kinda do... but I'm not a doctor... it certainly easy enough to use, and it does help with the pain, but I have no clue as to whether I should be putting it on tighter or looser or what...? or higher or lower on my chest? no clue...It would be nice if the instruction had more instructions than the absolute obvious...Either way, it works... so, thumbs up from me...

When you have a rib injury everything is painful, breathing, sneezing, coughing. This Rib Brace makes it bearable to give your body time to heal. Knowing that your ribs are supported allows you to relax which is a major accomplishment during recovery. Two thumbs ups for BraceAbility Broken Rib Brace!!

I had some misaligned ribs. This helped keep everything in place while they healed. I like the fact that you can make it as loose or tight as you want to. Stays in place all day.

Was able to work with bruised rib, able to lift and bend with belt on. Without belt was very painful to do any heavy lifting. It took care of my needs.

The BraceAbility Broken Rib Brace helped cure my sore ribs. I managed to strain or pull my intercostal muscles. After several weeks of using the BraceAbility Broken Rib Brace per following instructions and using over-the-counter anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen, I no longer have any rib pain.

The rib brace works great. I'm 6 ft. 260 lbs. 64 years old. I have 49 inch chest according to the instructions. The regular mens size goes up to 52 inches. I could have used the larger size, but this fits good. I have about 2-3 inches overlap. I recommend this product. Arrived early too!

After injuring some ribs on my left side, I thought I would just let them heal on their own. The pain/discomfort was dragging on and minor movements, laughing, etc, continued to be painful. At that point, I decided to order this brace (after researching several) and am so glad that I did. It's very easy to put on and is quite supportive. My ribs healed in a matter of days and I was able to get back to my normal routine rather quickly. I strongly recommend this brace for rib rib cage injuries.

This product is great! Not sure if I cracked my rib or if it was a muscle but for a 6'2” guy the universal male fit good and allows you to make it customizable to what you like, definitely helps with pain management and keeping good posture!
