My son wore this with his astronaut costume, the features are really cool, it's a bit big and bulky and slid around on him but he still loved it.

The helmet opens with button but then never closed. Out of 2 helmets the sound of each of them did not work. Paid over $100 for 2 pieces of junk

My son absolutely loved the astronaut helmet. It's well made, sturdy and most importantly it's large enough that would last him a while since it fits an adult.

I already have a helmet but I purchased this for it's added features. My son was so excited for it to arrive and is now heartbroken because it is so huge and heavy and unwearable. What a waste!

If the sound feature quits working try pulling the headphone set out of the helmet. Remove the battery cover and batteries. Gently pry the tiny metal SIDE contacts out (Not the bottom ones!) just a bit so they will make better contact with the button battery sides and reassemble. This fixed ours, you may need new batteries if it's been a while.

Received as a gift for my kid, he loves it! Looks almost like the real thing. Visor opens well and once your head is in the helmet you can here the intercom/sound effects well. Super cute would buy again.
