Mission: AAMAN's Mission is to increase partnerships between the African American Mutual Assistance Network-(AAMAN) and US communities to address issues of diversity and inclusion affecting our Nation’s future. Advise AAMAN on ways to address diversity and inclusion issues; and provide key external support for AAMAN's 2020FWD Strategic Framework, which promotes diversity and inclusion to reinvigorate the US’s economy and enhance the quality of life for all its citizens. Provide educational resources to children and young adults in order to realize the possibility of a successful and productive life. Develop employment and educational opportunities for low-income families while inspiring children to learn, adults to teach and communities to move forward together. ​We believe the quality of the investment we make in our youth and their families will help to positively shape their future. Results: AAMAN has cover 80% percent of the $199-($159.20) course fee for qualifying low-income families, lowering their ACT-Prep Course Fee to just $39.80.AAMAN has provided many Discount Legal Services - Verona Swanigan, ESQ/The Swanigan Firm: Auto Accidents, Criminal, Entertainment Law, General Damages, Negligent Security, Nursing Home Elderly Abuse, and More. AAMAN has provided consulting services for Minority Home Ownership Assistance and partnered with La Crosse, Police and Judicial System's Diversion Program-vagrancy.

Direct beneficiaries per year: We directly helped hunderds of individuals become an Advocate for Racial Justice. In addition, tutored many students in reading.

Geographic areas served: The framework; which promotes racial justice, diversity, and inclusion to reinvigorate the US’s mental health, economy, and enhance the quality of life for all its citizens.

Programs: Racial Justice Workshop, Police Reform Surveys, Homelessness Motel-Shelter Stay Program, 2022 Juneteenth County Wide Celebration at Onalaska's OMNI Center, UW-L/AAMAN ACT Prep Course Scholarship, and Wisconsin Literacy Program. ​
