Can't say enough good things about AirCat. Feels very good in your hand and it's extremely quiet. Everyone in the shop asks me where I got it and what brand it is. Although if I had to do it again I might have gone with the 1 hp model, but so far this suites my needs perfectly for cutting small steel to sanding and buffing (depending on what tip you use, which is sold separately)

So far so great. Oil up often or daily, and yes you can control the speed you just need to practice I do it with out much effort.

For business use. Used by carbide toolmakers. This tool is very quiet, in comparison to other models, no muffler required. Very lightweight.

Bought this die grinder in June 4 months later it has seized. We do use this in an industrial setting so it was used everyday but I have had cheaper die grinders last 12 months or more. Really disappointed as the grinder feels good in your hand and is quiet.

I own several Aircat impacts and love them so I bought I’d give this die grinder a try. The build quality is excellent and I have no doubt it would be a problem-free tool for many years. But... the throttle was very diffult to modulate the speed. If you only want full blast, it’s great. For slower speeds, not so much. I ended up sending back and ordering a CP instead.
