Mission: The mission of the Alameda County Foster Parent Association is to achieve consistent, safe, quality care for the well being of all foster children by providing support services and advocacy to Foster and Adoptive Families, Relative and Non-relative caregivers.
Results: The children receive gifts at our yearly holiday party and backpacks at our yearly back to school picnic. We collect and distribute retail donations to the families. We distributed packages of basics for new placements and give out duffle bags full of comfort items for the children. We have trainings to help families meet licensing requirements and provide support to the families.
