Over the years I’ve tried disposable contacts numerous times. I usually give up after 3-4 months cause I’m sick to death of burning eyes and the resulting conjunctivitis. After finding out a few years ago about a million food and ingredient allergies, I began to wonder if the solution wasn’t the problem in the past. I had always used Clear Care, recommended by the eye doctor. I checked out the ingredient list and there is some nasty stuff in there, ya’ll. Anyhow so I discovered BioTrue with its simpler list of ingredients. I’m now four weeks into contacts again and having great success this time. No burning and no conjunctivitis!I have the Hydration Boost drops as well, but I don’t like using them with contacts in. They are supposed to be approved for that use, but they cloud up my contacts immediately. Instead I just fill up a tiny dropper bottle with more of the contact solution which is soothing and works spectacularly for me as both a solution and a rewetting drop. This stuff is a little more expensive than some alternatives but it is worth every penny!
