Mission: We believe that all children should live a normal a life as possible, families should be productive in their communities and the homeless communities should be provided warmth through our coat program. Our closet provide coats for free in disadvantaged and underserved communities in Missouri and Illinois. We do not discriminate, and provide this service regardless of race, culture, background or financial status, a need is a need. These coats will not only keep them warm, but more importantly, instill in them that they are just as important as anyone else regardless of their situation or environment and provide a warmth to help fight colds during flu season and other illnesses triggered by the cold such as asthma and bronchial issues.

Results: In 2018 we gave away over 5oo gently worn coats and 100 new coats; 2019 we hosted a coat giveaway and gave away over 1200 gently worn and new coats. 2020 - COVID19 year - we have given away over 700 new coats via contactless delivery and meetup/curbside pick up to Loaves & Fishes, Gateway 180 shelters, Little D's Daycare, Lift Academy, Blow Elementary School, Annie Malone Children services and families in need in St. Louis. We donated to families & St. Vincent DePaul Shelter, St. Clair County Illinois. We did not host a coat drive or accept gently worn coats in 2020.Over this time frame, funding/grants were provided by individuals, Ameren MO, Walmart, Costco, Facebook, KMOV (St. Louis, MO0 Channel 4 TV, Cardinal Nation, Target, Ross for less, and Spectrum Impact Community.

Target demographics: Families with children of all ages, men, women and homeless

Direct beneficiaries per year: over 1200 children with new and gently worn coats

Geographic areas served: St. Louis City and MO; St. Clair County, IL

Programs: Free Coat Giveaways to children, men women from October to March each year as well as the homeless
