Target demographics: Provide services to individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and those recovering from injury or illness. The services we provide consistently help consumers become more independent.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Hundreds of individuals throughout Western Pennsylvania. 92% of clients state they would "recommend our services"!
Geographic areas served: Currently verified in 27 West Central PA counties; including, the core counties of: Cambria, Bedford, Blair, Huntingdon, and Somerset.
Programs: In-home non-medical personal care that gives consumers limited or 24/7 care based on their needs. A non-medical transportation department providing accessible vans to ensure accessibility for any individual with a disability. We also have a consumer activity program, Ability Works, that gives individuals with a disability the opportunity to get out and enjoy the different educational, recreational, and social activities. It is a chance for them to conduct social skills and interact with hands-on exercises.
