Mission: Alley Cats and Angels (AC&A) is dedicated to the improving the lives of the stray, abandoned, and feral cats in the Triangle. We promote compassionate and humane treatment of cats through:*Rescue, sterilization, foster care and adoption of homeless cats* Educating the public on compassionate care and the importance of spaying and neutering*TNR (trap/neuter/return) programs for feral cats*Finding barn homes for feral cats in unsafe situations

Results: In 2012 alone we safely relocated 29 feral and semi-feral cats from high-risk situations to safe barn and garden homes, sterilized and vaccinated 323 cats and kittens through our spay/neuter voucher program (Alter and Alley Cat), adopted out 278 cats and kittens

Target demographics: improve the lives of the stray, abandoned, and feral cats, as well as the overall reduction of homeless cats in the Triangle through our adoption, barn cat, and spay/neuter assistance programs.
