Causes: Children & Youth, Youth Development Programs

Mission: To provide age-relatable coaching programs to 16- to 24-year olds in the Denver metro area to improve self-efficacy, well-being, and career preparation for upward economic mobility.

Results: We are working with six high schools in the Denver Metro Area. Arvada, Chatfield, Dakota Ridge, Golden, Strive Prep Rise and Wheat Ridge. Almost all of our students are either credit deficient or at-risk. Last year, all our students raised their self-efficacy by an average of 9% and their well-being by 17%.

Target demographics: at-risk youth choose their path.
