This is a great metronome. I was trying to decide between this and the classic metronome. So glad I went with this one.The sound volume is great. It is so easy to use that my ten year old could use it right out of the box. The timer has been great for setting practice time.

Such a cool little metronome! I love the cool, modern look with the green numbers.I've been using this for about 5 months for when I play piano. My wife has used it for violin.So far, no issues whatsoever, and I haven't even had to change batteries yet. Durability seems good, as I've dropped it off my bookshelf twice (and 4 feet from the ground) and it's still ticking and tocking like a champ!

There are several kinds of Metronomes. This one takes me back to the good old days when mechanical devices were king. This no to say I have a problem with electronic devices because I have an electronic metronone; but this mechanical metronome does what the company says it will do and, at the same time, provides you with a visual picture of the beat. You can see and hear it at the same time. This is what makes it worth owning.

This is a nice metronome and works as expected. I added a usb chord to use power instead of batteries. Works fine for me.
