I am not sure whether I just received a bad batch or whether these door knobs are just not made well I ordered more than 20 and 6 broke immediately upon installation The neck of the knob seems to be awfully thin The company did replace the broken pieces I just hope that the others will last They do look great and I am really hoping I only received a bad batch
