These are good mixing bowls. We use the two largest ones for mixing bread dough since they are wider but shorted than the chinese ones. Your arms can have more lateral movement without rubbing the edges folding the dough.

I bought these bowls in 2016 because at the time, they were significantly cheaper than Duralex glass mixing bowls. I am very very careful with my kitchen ware and although none of them have broken, 3 of them have 1-2 little chips on the edge. Because I have not dropped or knocked them together, I can only assume this happened when they were in the dishwasher (NOT loaded against each other), or nestled in the drawer, when opening and closing the drawer. I have 6 small Duralex bowls I use for cooking prep, and I wish I spent the extra $15 for the Duralex set of large bowls. One can feel and hear that the Duralex bowls are heftier and sturdier.

Would love to have just this one bowl replaced? It's the 3rd smallest one,

I am looking for the mixing bowl for beating the egg when home bakery. There are 3 things I will consider. The first is material. I don't want the steel bowel because I am not sure if the metal will into the beaten egg or not. Glass seems safe and is me first choice. Second is size. The best size for me is quart 1.5 and 2. Third is the price. I don't want it purchase an expensive one. These mixing bowls is meet my requirements. The best thing is it comes with so many sizes. I can utilize them all! Also, The price is reasonable!

Bowls work fine enough. A couple just had chips in them upon delivery - packaging wasn't the best.

This pack of bowls are not good, they came with one bowl in the middle of the set broken and all needed to be cleaned over the trash container because they all had small chips in them. Very disappointed in this product.

I love how light weight these are! I have other glass bowls, but they are very heavy, I hardly use them.I know I am gonna be using these ones a lot more!

Look exactly as pictured. I've gotten 3 cases of these in the last 6 years. People in my house tend to drop things and they break. They're actually pretty durable if you're not throwing them around the house. They're a thick glass. Not as durable as Pyrex products but much cheaper. I love that they come in a variety of sizes and whenever I start running low, I just grab a new box of them. I did have two broken bowls buying from this seller, but I had the two matching sizes from my last set and just switched them out. I'm not sure how they broke since they were a couple bowls in, but regardless, I have a full set so I don't need to re-order or exchange. They're really easy to clean and never have any issues with staining. They're pretty perfect and handy to have around the kitchen for whatever needs you may have.

The bowls are graduated sizes as listed and being Pyrex brand...quality has always been excellent...still is.

A set of plastic nesting bowls will serve most people better in the kitchen.
