I've ordered the 100 count 8 Low-Profile bags twice before, have used them up that I just ordered a 3rd pack. Of course you never know when a new order might now be made differently by a different source with a change in quality. But so far I've been very satisfied and have never had one fail in the field. My attached pictures show them both viewed from above and viewing more across. There's a small well in the low-profile catch that allows a properly trimmed-off tip to lie down below the well's sides; low enough so that you don't catch them with your lips on the mouthpiece. The tip also ends up in-line with the tie body; not perpendicular to it as with the standard square catch ties. If a travel Scuba tech ever uses square catch ties on my gear, I cut them off and replace them with low-profiles at my earliest opportunity.Low-profile catch ties used to be commonly available but are now hard to find except by special order. I try to keep plenty of spares in my Save-a-Dive kits.
